About
Our 10 Years Skills Sessions give young netballers the opportunity to develop their skills, gain confidence, and have fun in a supportive, game-focused environment. Designed specifically for 10-year-olds, these sessions focus on core skills like throwing, catching, footwork, and court awareness, helping players take their game to the next level.

Participants benefit from small group coaching that allows for personalised attention, game-based learning to apply skills in realistic scenarios, and a chance to build teamwork, confidence, and a love for netball. These sessions are also a perfect stepping stone for players aiming to progress into the 11 Years Development Program and beyond.
The 10’s Skills Sessions:
• Is aimed at players who have turned or are turning 10 years of age in the year of play.
• The program runs over three (3) Friday sessions in off-season (usually mid to end November)

Registrations
To be eligible for the 10 Years Skills Sessions, players must be a registered and financial member of IDNA in the current year, including registration in the current Winter Outdoor competition.

All registrations must be submitted online via the IDNA website before the advertised closing date.
​
Players participating in the 10 Years Skills Sessions are expected to attend all three scheduled sessions.
​
A $40 program fee applies for participation. Payment details will be provided within the online registration form.
