Pathways & Programs

At Illawarra District Netball Association (IDNA), we offer programs for players, coaches, managers, and umpires at every stage of their netball journey. Aligned with the Netball NSW Pathway, our programs focus on skill development, fun, and community connection.

From NetSetGO for 6–7 and 8–9 year olds, to the 11 years Development Program and inclusive All Abilities sessions, there’s a pathway for everyone — whether you’re just starting out or looking to grow your game. Participants develop skills, teamwork, and confidence in a welcoming, supportive environment.

IDNA also supports coaches, team managers, and umpires through mentoring, accredited education, and hands-on experience, helping grow knowledge and leadership alongside on-court skills. Our year-round programs build confident, capable, and connected netball participants, strengthening the Illawarra netball community for everyone.
